Accessibility

Unfortunately, the Polo Lounge does not have wheelchair access. We understand this may cause inconvenience and are always happy to provide information on alternative accessible venues nearby if needed.

The Polo Lounge is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Proof of age (such as a valid passport or driving licence) may be required upon entry. Anyone under 18 will not be permitted to enter the venue.
We do not have on-site parking. The nearest parking facility is the NCP Glasgow The Glasshouse Car Park, located just a short walk from the venue. Please check the NCP website for current rates and opening times.
Pets are not permitted in the Polo Lounge
If you think you may have left something behind at the Polo Lounge, you’ll need to visit the venue in person so our team can check the lost property box. We recommend coming after 9pm, when a venue manager will be available to assist you.
